Upload & Document Security Notice
Effective September 5, 2026
Supporting files are optional. You may submit a service request or estimate request without uploading photographs, plans, blueprints, or other documents.
Approved File Types
- JPG and JPEG
- PNG
File Size Guidance
- Photos: up to 10 MB each
- PDF plans and blueprints: up to 25 MB each
- Maximum: 10 files per submission
Do Not Upload
- Social Security numbers
- Driver's license or passport information
- Banking or credit-card information
- Medical records
- Passwords or login credentials
- Unrelated documents
Security Review Process
- Customer upload
- Security validation
- SharePoint quarantine
- Reviewer approval
- Business processing
No uploaded file is treated as an approved project, service, estimate, or operational record until review is completed and approval is documented. Suspicious, prohibited, oversized, corrupted, misleading, or unrelated files may be rejected, quarantined, restricted, or deleted.
Privacy
Uploaded files may be collected, reviewed, processed, stored, and retained using Microsoft 365 and related business systems for purposes related to your request and company operations. Access is limited to authorized personnel and approved service providers with a legitimate business need.
Consent
By voluntarily submitting files through an approved company form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, security screening, review, processing, storage, and retention described in the Privacy Policy and this notice.
Alternative Transfer Process
If your files exceed the stated size or quantity limits, contact H&R Plumbing Services LLC. An alternative transfer method may be provided only after company administration reviews and approves it.
Policy Updates
This notice may be updated from time to time. An updated version becomes effective when published on this website.
